Other (Gym) 32:00 [4]
Went to the gym to do a class, but forgot that all the classes were cancelled due to the Blackwood Pageant. The gym was pretty quiet so I decided to take Lauren's advice and use the RPM bikes for a workout. Did 30 minutes of 100 reps medium level sprint (recovery) followed by 200 reps hard sprint. Repeated this for 30 minutes with 2 minutes easy spin cool down. This is surprisingly tough! No wonder Lauren's a dynamo if she does this a lot! :)
I think the RMP room is my favourite room in the gym so far as there's no music, no TV's or other meaningless noise.
