Jog down to the river for a dip. Water level quite well down, but still a strong current. Wildflowers looking lovely on the banks where it hadn’t been mowed to bowling green standard. Legs finally feeling a bit better again.

DR @ GT. 4 x 6’ Kenyan hills on the loop above the view point. First time I’ve done this session - think it’s a good one in lots of ways. Wasn’t feeling my most sparkling tonight, but a solid effort. Tick
