Running intervals 30:00 [5]

10 x 2' + 1' on the railway. Good session. Last few felt tough.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [2]

To and from intervals on the railway by the new Dess Burn bridge.

Note

2 hour walk with J and E up the Vat Burn and onto Cnoc Dubh. Pleasant day. Left most people behind at the Vat as usual.
