Manly course (much manlier than jack wrights). Went out reasonably fast which is promising because it only started to fall apart around 75 minutes which should be good for boc. Didn't really make any mistakes in the first hour, maye lost a minute or so but mate horrific route choices so lost 3/4 minutes. Started getting really tired on the way back after the map turnover and started making little silly mistakes. The cruel planner put what was like a control pic at the end too. Only noticed my patella on the up hills and my calf on the downhills, nothing what half a tube of ibuprofen jell can't sort out

Tendons were pretty painful and legs were a little dead so the pace was slow. Turned back just befor hatton because the fields were making my shoes muddy
