Trail run partly with Louise and Carol and partly on my own. Still snow on the main trail following the Lynn Creek. Classic Lynn Valley loop above the creek, I ran the shorter version and waited for them at the entry to Headwaters wondering where they were and running around to keep warm.

Run around False Creek in the early afternoon. Classic loop Cambie - Burrard Bridge and a bit more around Vanier Park.

Otervals on PNE new map made by Patrick. I ran with Des and won a few times. It is always fun to run on a new map. Can we have more of them?
38 minutes includes the jogging between the otervals.

A hilly long pig. Ouf! I liked it a lot, it was just a bit too hilly at the End and I did not feel that I want to go over one ravine three times back and forth. I did something to my ankle on the control number 9 and had to really slow down. I loved some of the long legs. I still got beaten by some pretty good girls. Very nice sunny day.
