Cross-Training (Volleyball) 30:00 [1]
Played a nice game of volleyball with my intramural team for about a half hour. The other team didn't show up so we just played amongst ourselves.
Treadmill (Hills) 45:00 [3]

Did a nice 45 minute hill run on the treadmill. Settings were 12 intensity, and 7.5 speed. My legs are feeling awesome and everyday I start to get that uneasy feeling in the afternoon that I get after taking a day or two off from running. It's like my legs just can't get enough of it. I got to the gym late tonight so I could only run for 45, but I felt like going for a lot longer than that. The next 3 days I'll probably be training with the track club, but I'll try to get in a good long run.
