Strength training (Pilates) 40:00 [1]

FVO Pilates - by contrast to last week, positively quiet tonight. Welcome return of the Hundreds.
7 PM

Strength training (Circuits) 20:00 [2]

Comedy circuits, just three of us without a functioning watch between us! Two loops (continuous) of very randomly timed 30/5 exercises. A bit stiff and sore tonight - L knee in particular.
