Scottish Middles M Vet 40+ - Hill of Alyth. Clean run bar 15s at #1 and 50s at #3 where I encountered Eilidh, but with a very easy course on an open area, jogging with only one working knee = 10 minutes down. Fair enough. Enjoyed it even if my knee really didn't like the tussocks.
