British Relays M50 class.
Rog was solid enough on 1st leg, 1 min down on Wardy, then Ben S had a great fastest short leg to send me out in the lead. I didn't how how much lead so just aimed for another solid team leg. As it happened I was clean, running strong and confidently. Finished miles ahead so took my time avoiding the mud on the run-in and getting some Hi 5s.

Nearly but not quite. A tough race with steep, muddy slopes. Those bits suited me but not the long track and dead running legs. Chuffed to get my silver medal from Steve Cram !
