Technically better than yesterday but still too many mistakes. I have a few things to work on. Legs were tired from the start. Not the best weekend but despite the mentioned I wasn't that far behind so I that is something positive.

AM: morning run in Syracuse.

PM: US short. Very disappointed. Errors on 13 out of 19 controls. Started already on the second (which was the first really) and I never got in to any rhythm. Legs not quite there.

The Rally. 15.29/10.59 - 26.28. New PB and that was a nice surprise, because it didn't feel like a PB run.

Some spanst and strength on the golf course. It has been a while and I will very likely feel it tomorrow. Important though so it is worth it.

2323232min/1min around Iroquoia. Nice day. Legs a bit better than the weekend but hamstrings are very tight.
