on the mill AGAIN!
selected a hill program and expected a level 3... turned out to be much harder and hit over 180 MHR before I gave in and backed it off at about 30 min mark

mill - 2.5% - increase speed every 400m for first 20mins - 7 min mile - then back down until finish at 8 min pace/400m@3%... felt pretty good
