Pond hockey tourney. Took it easy because I haven't skated in 2 seasons and its hard on my knees.
Still managed to lock up my knee. walking o.k. on flat ground after 3 days :-( Upstairs o.k.... down involves lots of hopping.
May have to bail on Sea to Sea :-(
