ride into work. Caledon RT and EC trail. Perfect moring for it!
gonna be a hot return commute I think :-(

return - number of factors made this less fun
- much hotter (but not too bad)
- headwind
- didn't eat this a.m. after commute in (biggest factor I think) I had lunch but immediate post exercise meal is critical I think especially on 2-a-days

From end of Mannings bay up to the Trek-Bike TA from WT 2015. Rode some of the powerline course then back via same route. Lots of muddy sections... too many bogs that we tried to ride and ended up over the hubs in muck... bike will require some work after this one

I think Will learned that youth alone is not going to keep you in shape... especially if you live on burgers and beers.

FDF's weren't too bad... couple bad patches if you got too slow.
