Intervals intervals 54:19 intensity: (26:19 @1) + (8:00 @3) + (4:00 @4) + (16:00 @5) 2.76 mi (19:41 / mi)
shoes: Barefoot

HDR interval workout at the track. 2 min x 8 reps. Between each rep we had a 3 min recovery, but we also had to do some random exercises based on a roll of the dice. Included running up steps, burpees, jumping jacks, sit-ups.
