From my place to WET. 6km of running through suburban grids, was starting to feel like I was trapped in an old school cartoon, running past the same house over and over again. Now I know how road runner feels.
And yes, I run as fast as road runner (in my mind)

WET at PNE.
Was pretty good this week, generally running well with good flow and reading ahead. Was able to get the intensity a little higher this week which was good.
Over ran #11 but am not totally convinced it was on the right tree.
The good thing about using the tiny little flags they use for these training is that it forces me to navigate to the feature, not just to the centre of the circle like I usually do on sprint races.
Feel like I'm getting my sprint skillz back a bit, will see how they go this weekend!
