Pull up strength work followed by an Open style workout. Scaled to 80% of the reps, which was about right - no tearing on the gymastics.

Back to it with a fun JG session. Partner push press+hill sprint relay with Trav. Calf held up admirably!

Quick jaunt around the coastline and back on the access road of where we've been staying in NS.
Heat dome kicked in overnight here, quick dunk in the bay afterwards was amazing.
