Track session, 400 then 800 at 5/10k pace respectively x 4. Splitting around 72-74 for the 400s and 2:42-2:44 for the 800s. Felt quite good on the 400s - those times are quite quick for me. 800s were a struggle - can't blame the rest cause we were doing 'social' reps waiting for the slowest to finish so I was getting a fairly hefty break.
