First one felt really good, then started to feel a bit heavy. Track was a little icy tonight. Looks like this is going to be a regular training session. Our group keep growing, well we are up to 4 ppl now anyway.

Was feeling quite strong tonight. Took a nasty fall though and am very bruised now. I dropped my compass but didn´t notice until a fair way off so had to go back and look for it. Luckily I found it but by that stage had lost the group so just ran with the nice man who had helped me find it.

2 times around the lighted track. First lap was good, then died and lost everyone, felt like i was going to chuck going up a hill so had a little break. Kept going though and felt alright.

Orienteering (Gommaren) 54:21 [3] 6.1 km (8:55 / km)

Did a course that we had as night orienteering a couple of months ago, I got massively lost the first time and only did half the course. Much easier in the daylight. Really nice map, very steep and lots of detail, depressions and knolls etc. Last 4min tempo along the road, feeling pretty good.

Found a nice track near my house to do some prep for 3km time trial. Went with Lenka from my club. Was really good having her with me to push me. Didnt feel up to doing 4 so ran one lap with her.

Orienteered for about 10min before my head lamp ran out so just ran around the lighted tracks for a while. Feeling quite fresh actually , I think the break was a good idea.

Orienteering (Gröndal) 1:20:00 [3] 10.5 km (7:37 / km)

Line course for 6.5 km and control picking 4km. Line course was fairly simple. Control picking was really cool actually, took me á little while to adjust to the scale but after that was orienteering quite well. Nice map.

I think we were actually playing for longer than this but if you dont count the rests. I am absolútley buggered now. Sore neck from getting smashed at full speed, i think my neck actually turned the whole way around.
