Usual intervals around the lit track;

11:04, 11:10

Soooo slow. Did around 10:40 last week. Couple of possible reasons why,
1) icey and slippery
2) lights didnt come on for ages so i was running in the dark
3) feeling really tired and heavy again - this is probably because I keep forgetting to take my iron supplements so i am going to try and remember from now on.

Early morning runs and me just dont mix. Was planning on doing some intervals. Got two minutes into my first one and gave up cos i felt like crap. So ran to the shop and bought some breakfast for my sister and I. Vegimite on toast, mm mmm.

Didn´t wake up in time to get to club training so just went for a run by myself around mortsjön. Perfect weather for training at the moment. Clear blue skies and about 5 degrees. Legs were pretty tired from yesterday.

Orienteering 1:03:18 [3]

Line course. Took it very slowly and cut a lot off. After about 10 minutes felt out of breath but felt fine afterwards.

intervals hills 11:00 [4] 2.7 km (4:04 / km)

3 x 900 uphill with about 4 sportidents in between. Bloody long and steep. First two were okay but absolutley died on the third.

Feeling a bit sore, especially my bum. Twisted my ankle at training last night, strapped it today, it is nothing to bad just uncomfortable when I run. So will have to watch that one´.

8 x 3minFeeling pretty good actually. Think the fitness will come back fairly quickly. Aim was to keep up with jenny for as long as possible. Finished a few metres behind each time which i was pretty happy with.

Long run with Pat. Feeling very out of shape. Heading back to Stockholm tomorrow so it will be back to training hard again and losing my christmas fat. The parks in England are pretty nice, extremley muddy though.
