MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 200 pull, 100 kick, 4 x 50 desc. Main Set - 16 x 50, 4th fast, 12 x 50 3rd fast, 8 x 50 alt fast slow, 4 x25 fast. Col down 200 pull, 6 x 50 bk/assorted.
Okay swim. fast 50 on about 0:54. Slow 50 on 0:59 until tired in 2 last set.
