MTC Swim Warm up - 200 mix, 4 x 50 sidekick, 200 pull, 4 x 50 bk/fr, br/fr, 4 x 50 descending Main 5 x 50 fast, 150 pull, zipper, 5 x 50 fast, 150 pull scull, 3 x 100 fast, 150 pull shark, 3 x 100 fast 150 pull catchup, 200 fast, 100 bk/fr, br/fr. Cool down 50 easy
Worked on technique. All 50 s on 0:55 or fast, 100s on 1:55, 200 on 3:57. Speed was not great! Poor head position and core connect.
