MTC Swim with Randy. Warm up - 5 x 50 swim, 5 x 50 kick, 5 x 50 bk/fr, 5 x 50 br/fr, 5 x 50 pull. Main Set - 400 swim, 4 x 100 pull shoulder/swim, 300 swim, 3 x 100 swim/cross, 200 swim, 2 x 100 pull zipper / swim, 100 fast, 100 easy

400 on 7:35, 300 on 5:45, 200 on 3:50, 100 on 1:53 Okay swim, seemed to get core transfer until legs sank. Tried to tuck head and kick, glide off wall a bit.
