MTC Swim with Coach JJ. Backstroke Day. I think I ended up doing about 400 m total in various backstroke drills. Thought my arms would be sore from skiing Saturday but they warmed up fine and my core felt great from Wednesday's core class and everything went well.

MTC Cycle with Johnny B. Legs felt tired and was having trouble taking on water as stomache was a bit sore from eating before class. Power sets of 20 minutes going up and down in effort but at low cadence. Not sure on new aero position. My body dimensions allows for a low, straight postion but my knees and elbows are close and legs compress my abdomin a bit.

Light brick run after cycling. Achilles were a bit tight from swimming and Saturday's race so did not go far. It felt colder than on Saturday though the temperature was higher. Slight wind though.
