Length swim over the break. Used one of the MTC session as a basis and tried to work on technique. Not sure I was that sucressful as my speed was down.

Did half of the core routine that I had plus arms on machines. Tried to take it easy a bit but still did arm sets of 30 alternating and then one set of arms together. Did too much as I had a lower back ache after that did not go away for 3 days.

Gear trip to MEC and R Free. Purchased a wet suit, new pair of road shoes, new trail shoes, another set of bib shorts, bike arm warmers and wind trainer raiser.
