Swimming 1:35:00 [3] 2.6 km (36:32 / km)

MTC Swim with coach Ken Warm up 200m pull, free, breast, back & free 3x 50m kick with board, 100 TT and 4 x 25 NB with board, 2 x( 200m IM, 3 x 50m kick , 100 TT and 4x 25 m NB) 200m sidestroke, free, 100m TT, 4 x 25m NB. 5 Minutes, side float with board, right & left, 5 x 100, pull on 2:05, 50m scull cooldown.

Starting to get side glide better. Ken noted my left arm is crossing past my body's centre line. Arms and legs felt good.

Legs felt tired so just did a light warm up.
