This morning was a bit of a struggle. Combnation of several late nights this week, plus lingering cold/sinus issue. Could easily have turned the alarm off and gone back to sleep.

Up oxford st to the slight incline at the top end of The Serpentine, as warm up for some intervals, the coast between intervals, and then the run home.

6 reps on the incline. Have been thinking I needed to get back to these, so finally bit the bullet.

Solid gym session. Did 1 to 10 (1 then 2 then 3 etc up to 10) each of burpees, squat, push up, side hip raise, situp, lunge. I am sure I will be feeling it in the shoulders tomorrow.
