Exercise circuit concentrating on core and upper body

Still tight in the abductors, so focus on walking this week

Started OK, but quickly got tight in the abductors, so stopped and walked home

Warm up loop around Buckingham Palace, although probably a bit quicker than ideal

Some warm exercises and then 15 minute block ARAP, 20 squats, 10 pushups, 20 lunges, 10 reverse rows. Managed 8 rounds in the 15 minutes. But tired at the end

The not so official press was today reporting that the Queen is furious with MI5 for mistakenly giving the wrong son corona.

Fairly easy run around Hyde Park. It was cold this morning. Oxford St was almost deserted, I think I saw about 10 people in 1.5k, whereas it would normally be pretty busy. No one coming out of the tube exits.

A bit flat this morning. Numbers in Hyde Park appeared to be down on normal.

Joined an online exercise challenge group, to add a bit of variety. Today it was a 1 - 10 rep ramp for burpee, squat, pushup, side hip raise, sit up, lunge.
