2 x (6 x 1min, 45s jog), 45s jog; out and back on the bike path from Black Mt Peninsula. Same as 4 weeks ago but with Tomas to push me along so 10s/km quicker on average, 3:25-3:35/km and one outlier at 3:17. Good signs. Working pretty hard in the last 3 but probably could have done another 1 or 2 if needed. Left calf got pretty tight again; have to do more nice things for my back.
