Crap day at work, made all the better by having to limp around all day. Knee was painful sleeping last night, and couldn't straighten it this morning. Pain starts at about 20 degrees out.Can't bear any load when walking or standing on it at around that point either, just gives way. Bit of progress by this evening. Think I just slightly sprained somethin in there at some point last night.. hopefully it'll only be a couple of days till it comes good like last time.
Fitness drills, then mixed, then 2 ref. Ouch. Pulled up with a real sore left knee. Might be time for some easier stuff. Saw a guys finger at right angles to where it was meant to be, so that was some entertainment for the night.

Ints session on the Domain oval with the group Ilka and Patty train with. Three 6 min reps this time with 4' float between, each set having progressively shorter reps.
2 x 2.5' (1'), 3 x 1.5' (45"), 5 x 45" (30')
Felt good during the first set, and cranked it up a bit more during the second. Had real tight calves by the end of that set though, and struggled a bit more during the last set.
Good session. Really should try and make it along consistently cause it's good training. Not used to the incredibly long warm up and cool downs tho. Think I may have got a bit of speed and strength back since the first time I trained with them a month or so ago.

Arvo run with Patty. Did a flat one this week, Bellerive Beach to Tranmere point and back. Nice run apart from the fact most of it was spent trying to keep my lunch down. Quite sore afterwards for some reason.
