Pyramid session - 1,2,3,4,4,3,2,1 Aim here was just to go a little faster than the last time and to keep consistent, which I managed to do! Paces on all reps were good and even held it on the 2nd 3min rep which is uphill. Rain started about halfway through the session so was drenched by the time I got home.
