Felt comfortable getting on the treadmill earlier than I anticipated after my ProLo therapy.
I was able to do a 5 minute walking warm-up, then an easy 30 minute run, with a 5 minute cool down. Not sure what the difference between last week and today was, but I was able to triple the amount of time running before I needed to stop running due to the injury. Do I dare say I can take myself off the list for my right glute injury? Maybe when I can run at least a 5k at a decent pace.........
