Felt comfortable getting on the treadmill earlier than I anticipated after my ProLo therapy.

I was able to do a 5 minute walking warm-up, then an easy 30 minute run, with a 5 minute cool down. Not sure what the difference between last week and today was, but I was able to triple the amount of time running before I needed to stop running due to the injury. Do I dare say I can take myself off the list for my right glute injury? Maybe when I can run at least a 5k at a decent pace.........

Note

Went to doc and was supposed to get PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) therapy done to both elbows and left shoulder, but left shoulder MRI showed a bit more damage than originally thought. So......... got ProLo therapy done on both elbows and left shoulder, and a referral to an Ortho doc for left shoulder instead.

It would have been too expensive to get PRP done on just my elbows, so ProLo (had in done to left elbow last March) was the next best thing, and way cheaper.

No training for the next 2 - 3 days, but should be able to get on the treadmill on Sunday and back on the bike by mid next week.
