Super leisurely single track ride in NC ride with Middy, my oldest daughter, and her new boyfriend. She's a "beginner" so rode at a slower pace to accommodate her level of riding. Really enjoyed watching her try to negotiate the roots and switchbacks. Her boyfriend is pretty good and is very patient with her and gives very encouraging advice (I like him already!). Her only drawback, if you want to call it that, is she feels the need to stop and pet every dog that she encounters on the trail. Priorities I guess :)
