Running hills 44:27 [4] 9.5 km (4:41 / km)
shoes: ASICS GT 2130

Reabold Hills - same route as last week, felt slower but actually a minute quicker.

Bridges-Heirisson run - getting very consistent (consistently slow?) with this run - 3rd week in a row in the 47s.

Saw all 6 roos tonight - two of them were actually on the path, and I had to detour to avoid getting within a metre. They're not very big, but no knowing how tame they are, and they'd be capable of inflicting some scratches at least. No sign of any others, if there is anything in pouches, it's very small.

Kings Park lap - slow first half, stopping to check out orchids. Had to up the pace on the hills to beat 40.

H3 course at Peterdine, actual distance on gps was 8.61km. Not a good day - mistakes at 2, 3, 9 and 10. 6 ( a water control) was in the wrong place - found where it should have been but didn't find the control. After searching for a few minutes went on, but missed having a drink on an unusually long H3. Probably lost 2min at 2, .30sec at 3, 4-5 minutes at 6, 3-4 minutes at 9, and 2 mins at 10 (by 9, I was very thirsty).
