My goal was to beat last years time at the Santa Shuffle and I did! Crossed the line at 33 minutes and 41 seconds but I subtracted about two minutes by the time I actually got to the start line to begin. So I finished in 31 minutes and 41 seconds.

Did a few lengths with the girls to begin with and then just did some timed lengths and some friendly competition of who can swim the furthest under water on one breath. I didn't win :(

Nice talk from Paul to get us all ready for the 5k race. I think everyone will surprise themselves at how well they will do. Our weight loss group was pretty small last night and between Marc and Paul I don't know who will be the winner of our challenge at the rate of weight they lose every single week.

Westney to Magill for some hill repeats. Tonight's trophy was up for grabs for those who felt they deserved it. I stepped forward and claimed sweet victory. I will wait until after tomorrow's weigh in before I enjoy the Baileys with hot chocolate :)

At the pool and pretty much spent the whole time treading water and doing repeat somersaults in the water. Not sure how many I did but I know I did four perfectly! You just know it when it happens so I am getting there :)
