Running 40:00 [1] 4.5 mi (8:53 / mi)

Went back to Sandy Beach and followed the map to find all the clues from last Saturday. Don't know how Marc and myself missed some of them since they were pretty much in the open but then I remembered the map was all messed up so we were looking in the wrong spots. Paul really needs to improve his map making skills, lol! Next time we will place first I just know it. Lake looked really cool with the wind blowing and a mist coming off the water.

So not sure when this happened but I forgot how to do a somersault :( Practiced trying to do the somersault flip in the water off the wall to increase speed in the pool but it was just a mess. On the positive side I gave Paul and the girls some entertainment while trying over and over again to just do one somersault. I will prefect it one day.

Running 1:00:00 [3] 6.0 km (10:00 / km)

Rec centre to Dixie and then up to Finch. I actually like this route. All was going well until Paul, Savannah and Marc caught up to Judy and me and then told us to increase speed to the lights and then give it our all to the Rec. I still don't get how a light touch on our backs from him can make us go twice as fast but it works so the man does know what he is doing, lol!

Hills 1:00:00 [2] 4.5 km (13:20 / km)

Back to Magill for a few hill repeats. Ran from Shoppers to Magill, couple hill repeats and then back to Shoppers. So much nicer to run in the cold than the heat. You won't hear me complain about the weather until the summer, I promise :)

swimming 1:00:00 [3]

Was at the pool and focused more technique than distance. I so need to work on my arms. It certainly feels like I am doing it right but I am not. There were a few times it all came together and it just feels right but they were few and far between. I think Paul may have been harder on me but he was distracted with the full moon in the lane beside us, lol!
