Running at our old training spot behind the library. Worked on breathing and cadence. I like it here because we can all work on what isn't working to improve it. My breathing is getting much better and cadence was spot on.

Got my 1k in before it got busy. Hamstrings were a bit sore for some reason. Judy and her family came and so did Anita so chatted for a bit and then home.

At the track tonight in the rain but you will not hear me complain. Four lap warm up then I don't know how many staggered starts we did after that. I was running in survival mode because we had to do more than one. I actually did pretty good though but back started to complain but like I have been told and which makes sense it will hurt walking or running so may as well get it over with faster. On the way to the parking lot Judy treated the ladies to some video footage of her receiving some close encounters with a male dancer. At least I think you said it was you, lol!
