Much nicer in the trail this morning but still got all sweaty. The 6k we did didn't even feel like 6k which is a nice change. Perhaps it is getting easier for me....not!

I know it may be hard to believe but I pulled out my dusty, barely used yoga mat and did some core work this morning. Going to try and do a bit each day. Now where did I put that exercise ball......

So much nicer to swim than run in this weather and that is what The Runs did, we swam, used the flutter board or got some lessons from Paul on technique. After the 1k mark I started or should I say I was told to be practicing bilateral breathing which I did but then my stroke goes all to hell. When did swimming become so hard again, lol

Finally did 2k in the pool! We had our own lane so it was awesome. I did slow down near the end but I got it done in an hour so I am pretty pleased with that.

In neighbour's pool with Grace and Julia. Practiced bilateral breathing so kinda getting used to it. Then played catch in the deep end treading water for quite a bit.

Seaton trail run in horrible, hot, humid conditions. I don't think I have ever sweat that much in my life.
