Did my first solo run along the lake and it was quite nice. I think it was about 2.5 or perhaps a little less. Either way I went out of my comfort zone and ran on my own.
A little warm up and cool down before we started our timed 4k down at the lake. My guess to finish it was 35 mins and my actual time was 29.48 mins. Not bad at all and kinda surprised at how well I did.
Was suppose to get a run in today but ended up taking a long brisk walk along the lake pulling my son in the wagon so it's got to count for something.
