Hot yoga was tough with some of the balance positions...thanks Paul and Emily for suggesting the brick....not.
Core work at the gym and then lots of leg exercises. I can't walk this morning.

Getting better at doing laps in the pool Did 40 lengths and will work on my stroke for better results. Still getting calf cramp so will drink more water before hand.
Short run but I think my pace was much faster as I was feeling it when we finished. Was as close as I ever got behind Marc so perhaps he was slower. I think he said his ankles were still sore from swimming.
Did quite a bit of core work and I still struggle with some of it. Then onto some weights and the dreaded box. I did 28 steps up and down in a minute.

Lots of lengths and on some of them near the end could feel a calf cramp coming on. My Gawd do they hurt. Overall I think I did better than the last time in the pool.
Running from Running Free to Bayly and back. Cold, very windy and snowy I am Canadian! Take that old man winter. I know I know, only 4k but felt harder because of the weather.
