I did better than I thought I would after a night out. Who knew running would make you feel better after drinking. Fresh air is awesome. Oh back to 7K, first time running this far and long so overall it was a good challenge.
Did some core exercise and stretching. Paul introduced this new core exercise with the ball and I have to name it but for now lets just say wtf are ya kidding me! Lol Well that is exactly went through my mind when he showed it to us. Then we had to jump on and off of this huge box for a whole minute. Sounds easy but it was super hard and I will say scary. Couldn't do it I looked like an idiot. Did better off of a step.

Did a bunch of front crawl lengths and I really thought it would be easy but was wrong again. Haven't done straight lengths like that in over 30 years. I was very slow but did get it done. Well most of them anyway.
Magill, what can I say that I haven't said already. You are one tough training partner and the more hill repeats I have to do the harder it gets. Six hill repeats and I had to do some walking up at different points. Going down is much nicer.
Did some leg weights, core and the dreaded plank, plus a side plank. Just shoot me now. It better pay off this time next year. Overall a good introduction to the gym.
Best part of last nights run was there was no staggered start!!! I guess sometimes our prayers are answered. Lol! Pine Ridge track was all snowy so had to do interval training up and down the sidewalk. Way to go Anita hope you enjoy the Tequilla Rose.
