Running 45:00 [4] 6.5 mi (6:55 / mi)

From Running Free north on Church up to Rossland then east for a bit. Ran about 6.5 but I did have a "few" unscheduled walk breaks but overall I did well.

Hot Yoga 1:00:00 [2]

First time for hot yoga. Some of it was hard and let's just say I am glad I did not have the runs in some of those positions. Running hills is so much harder.

The hill on Magill! Four up and four down. Quite hard and I am sure I will feel it tomorrow but overall I did great. Did not stop to walk at all except at designated walk zones where the Coach could not yell "did I say we were walking" Au revoir Magill.

Running 45:00 [3] 4.4 km (10:14 / km)

11 laps at Pine Ridge track. Four laps were timed and I improved with each lap. Staggered start for last lap which I really don't like doing.
