Cycling 2:02:57 [3]

MTB from the MTB cap park at Tunnel Gully. A loop on the other side of SH@ then up the Incline. Back via Goat Rock Road.
A good workout. Struggling a bit at the start but feeling good later on.
Was going to run but heels were a little sore yesterday so decided not to risk it.

Note

Golf at RW with Alan & Mark. 99 (36 points). Strange game. Appalling, then great. 15 points after 11 holes then 21 in the last 7!

Running 49:59 [3] 9.0 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

Up Sierra and a bit of exploring. Got partway down the track which comes out on Katherine Mansfield, but too much gorse / cutty grass.
Heels a little sore with 3 days running in a row. Gale force winds today so the planned cycling was not an option.

Running 49:07 [3] 10.0 km (4:55 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 37

Harriers. Silverstream but not Pinehaven, lengthened a bit at the end.
Mostly fairly gentle. Had a brief SVT episode on one of the stops - it came on about a minute after stopping and as usual I was fine again afterwards. Have had a couple of others in the last 3 weeks after quite a long gap.
No problems with the running - good to be able to run in a group again.

Running 1:09:59 [3] 12.0 km (5:50 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 35

Avian - loop on Guildford Spur CW - Avro (via the ridge track).
Haven't done this route for a couple of years and the little loop has changed considerably.
Feeling generally pretty good. No niggles.

Cycling 57:48 [3] 25.31 km (2:17 / km)

The Whitemans Valley loop CW
Legs fairly tired after yesterday (and heels fairly sore this morning). Plus a strong northerly made this hard work, though possibly the fastest I've ever done the main part of the valley.
