Sherman down to the Mine Torne Loop via Highland falls, then ran into Buckner, emerged at Area K onto 293, and then ran back to Sherman.
Shorter and slower than I originally planned, but I felt like I could keep the pace up forever, so I'm feeling pretty ready for the 50k. One last long run next Thursday- I'll try and hit more trails, get a little more distance in, and hopefully increase my pace a bit.
