Riding lost Valley is just not happy times for me any more. I need to either try to ride more stuff there or be gentler with myself.

Rode the horseshoe lake loop with Dave. Slightly less relaxed pace than I intended, but I think I basically set the pace, so that was my fault.

Legs are pretty tight after yesterday’s hike.
