Trekking (Lewis Trail "power h) 2:06:20 [3] 8.5 mi (14:52 / mi) +900ft 13:31 / mi
slept:8.0 shoes: Brooks Cascadia 10

Only some well-aimed taunting got me out of bed to go power hike in the rain and snow, but it was actually a lot of fun. Mostly hiking but ran some of the later flat sections as well as earlier downhill sections in order to catch up with Mickey's hiking pace.

1 mi w/u then .25 mile fast/.5 recovery. Fast was barely out of the 9's and killing me. Recovery was either fast walk or slow jog. And right now 4 miles qualifies as a "long run". :-/

Biking (Long way for lunch) 5:44:05 [4] 84.8 mi (14.8 mph)
slept:8.0 shoes: Airborne Delta CX

Katy Trail from Matson to Hermann for lunch and then back again. Felt better than I expected to on the way there and worse than I expected to on the way back. Not terrible, just lunch sitting in my stomach for the first 30ish miles on the return trip. Nice time with Momentum/BOR crew. Gorgeous day for mid-Nov. My longest ride on my cross bike since Aug. 8.
