Orienteering race (hike, trail run) 9:50:00 [3] 18.6 mi (31:43 / mi)
shoes: Asics trail attack 6

Perfect 10 Rogaine at Lake of the Ozarks. Good to have my own map and follow our progress. Made a couple of route suggestions when forced. :) Still a LONG way to go when it comes to keeping touch with the map, recognizing where we are/when to break off to attack a point. Pure orienteering w/o paddle or biking was a break as far as not having to worry about tipping or falling, but rough on the feet. The last 4-5 miles back pretty much sucked, though a run/walk combo really helped. Felt good this morning.

Biking (Gravel, fun) 5:15:00 [1] 25.0 mi (4.8 mph)

Time includes time on bike, time playing on an old abandoned bridge, time swinging on a big gate, and time looking for geocaches. Oh, and mileage is approximate bc my Garminate the data. Whatever. Awesome day playing outside w/friends.

Cyclocross race 40:42 [4] 5.42 mi (8.0 mph)

1st CX race. Rode it on mtb. Probably the hardest 40 min of riding (actually more bc I forgot to turn on my Garmin and missed the first 1/2 mi of the course) I've ever done. Less scary than crit riding or mtb races, though.
