Usual cycle did this instead of running as i am at a fell race tomorrow.

Did my Back stretchs from when i was having major problems with my back.

Usual swim however i am in agony today my back is really hurting and that ended up making swimming painful an difficult.

Not a great nights sleep am still totally knackered from all the travelling not feeling it at all.
10 AM

spiked:22/26c shoes: Jalas O Shoes

No major mistakes at all couple of very minor ones but i just was not fast enough and lost a lot of time on just pure speed not happy overall as i thought i could have done better this weekend but no sleep and other things got on top of me and ruined my race.

Reall bad nights sleep and was very late there.

Two major mistakes costing me about 6 mins and then lost time on every control as i just yet again didnt have the speed.
