I am sure we both felt the very same aches and pains. I was done Saturday energy wise. Just wanted to lie on my bed and wonder why I was doing this to myself, lol! However, we did do it and you my friend did it very well :)
Training is always hardest towards the end of the cycle. Runs are longer, the body is done punishing itself and mentally you are drained. Saturday is our last long run and then we start to taper. You guys have done amazing in your training. Ottawa will be the reward.
