track is up and Sunday's as well. The E-W connector trail goes along NorthPit Road to the Weeks Quarry so might not be accessible at this time of year. An epic ride would be a complete loop of Nine Mile Lake.
O terrain at the 10km mark of Friday's ride is awesome (I walked in and around that section). Classic GN trail.
