I thought I was overeating enough to more-than outdo the 23 hours of training... you should have seen my PLATTER of gelato on the last night (I celebrated with all of the flavours)... and I was looking pudgy in some of the photos in the tight cycling clothing, but my first weigh-in at home showed that I only put on about half a kilo, and I think I've already burned that off with the desperate ramp-up in running hours this week. All is good. Already looking forward to a nice gelato after the race in two weeks :)
