Sorry to hear that! How much of your 35 km was double poling on scooter tracks?

Noticed you were a quite bit behind at the first map-change (the rest of the results were f-ed up) while Alex was in a pack relatively close to the leaders.
Did you lose all that time from not being able to double pole? Were you able to move up once you got your replacement pole?

Oh well, punching is part of the game so it´s time to learn the lesson ;)

Now for summer-O!!

Maybe 1/3 big trails, 2/3 little, I'd guess? That's about the proportion for the map at least.... I certainly choose more big-trail routes after loosing the basket!

A good deal of time lost because couldn't go fast on little trails, but also had a mistake mixed in there. At least partly because I lost focus so I could consider Greg's offer of stealing his pole - didn't because it's huge, but also, that's probably not legal?

Oh, gosh, such a painful time, that relay... yeah, I am a bit consoled, at least the mispunch didn't mess up a good race, kinda like the summer at long WOC. But before races now, I'm going to make sure to mentally commit to punching water controls!

I don't know if it is good advice at your level, but although I fanatically punch before I drink, after I drink I usually can't remember if I punched, so I punch again.
